Pearl & Musk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your Refund Policy. This Refund Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit our website,
make a purchase, or interact with us through any platform

  1. Refund policy - Within 7 days from date of delivery.
  2.  Product Condition - Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the seal intact.
  3. Return shipping costs - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4.  Faulty or damaged items - If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer either:
    - a free replacement, or
    - a full refund.
  5. Refund method - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  6. Refund processing time - Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  7. Non returnable cases - Not eligible for refund if:
    - perfume has been opened or sprayed
    - packaging is damaged or missing
     - product was used
     - return requested after 7 days
     - final sale / clearance items
     - free gifts or promotional items
     - Fragrance preference is subjective; returns will not be accepted based on scent preference.
  8. Customs / Import Duty - International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost and return courier fees.
  9. Wrong address / Missed Delivery - If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer may be subject to re-shipping charges.
  10. Lost Parcel - If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide either:
    - a replacement, or
     - a full refund
    - Investigation may take 5–10 business days depending on the courier.
  11. Order Cancellation - Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy.
  12. Evidence requirement - For damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
  13. Fragrance Performance Disclaimer - Fragrance longevity and projection may vary depending on skin chemistry, environment, and application method.
  14. Delivery Responsibility - Once a parcel is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
