International Orders (Worldwide)

Dangerous Goods Shipping (Fragrances)
  • Some of our fragrance products contain alcohol or flammable ingredients and may be classified as Dangerous Goods under international shipping regulations.
  • Delivery times may be slightly longer due to additional safety checks and handling procedures.
  • A Dangerous Goods handling surcharge may apply, although in many cases Pearl & Musk covers this cost for customers.
Processing & Delivery Times
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday) after payment verification.
  • Orders placed after on weekends, or on public holidays and Orders will be processed on the next business day. 
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
  • These fees are included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If customs require additional information, We will provide the information if it is relevant to us. 
  • If the parcel is destroyed or not returned due to customs regulations, A refund will be provided after a complete investigation of the incident. 
Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If the order is not returned to us, no refund will be issued
  • If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address:
    1. Re-delivery fees will apply, or A refund will be issued minus shipping costs. provided the item is returned in good condition.
